Return/Refund Policy:
All goods returned must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.
Electrical parts and special order parts are NOT returnable.
25% Handling Charge on all Returns and Cancellation of Special Orders. No refunds after 30 days.

Refund Authorizations for all service invoices are at management's discretion, please contact Service Manager at 775-883-2020.
All other inquiries should be directed to the cashier.
Shipping Policy:
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all shipping address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate(shipping) address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
